Meet Ann Ranson, highly acclaimed speaker, coach, and trainer. Ann’s energy and innovative style have helped hundreds of people in dozens of organizations to initiate change, achieve success and create a more fulfilling and balanced life.

Over the course of a career that has spanned three decades, Ann worked in sales and marketing for several top radio stations before joining Interep Marketing Group, a division of Interep Radio, as Director of Marketing. With each opportunity, Ann gained a wealth of experience and continued to build her reputation for professional excellence and personal integrity. 

As she grew in her career and continued to develop the qualities that brought her success – creativity, problem-solving ability, enthusiasm, persuasiveness, leadership, and effectiveness – Ann discovered within a strong desire to help others. She began to envision herself in a new role.

In 2002, Ann expanded her horizons by affiliating with Maddox Smye, a consulting firm that specializes in selling to women. She then seized the opportunity presented by that affiliation to sharpen her skills as a coach and trainer, adding a new dimension to her marketing toolbox.

Empowered by her extensive business background, outstanding communication skills, and growing reputation as a dynamic presenter, Ann took the next step with the launch of Intentions Work in 2005. Her purpose was, in her own words, “to make a difference in the world by helping individuals and organizations rise to their highest level of joy, satisfaction, and success.” To that end, Ann employs a proven method to help her clients uncover the rarest of all treasures – the true, authentic self that lies hidden within. Her presentations inspire audiences to work to make the world a better place. Ann calls this creating legacy, and that’s what Intention Works is all about.

Over the years, Ann has taught dozens of classes and workshops on a variety of topics, including personal development and selling to women. With passion and creativity, Ann shares her unique perspective on what it takes to succeed in business and in life.
