Biography

 Chris Westfall is a professional development coach, spokesperson and writer. Focused on career advancement, he is the professional development coach to Neeley School MBAs at Texas Christian University and an instructor at the Business Leadership Center for Cox MBAs at SMU. As a former sales and marketing executive, he focuses on helping others to tell their stories effectively and powerfully, both online and in person.

 
Westfall brings a unique, real-world perspective to professional coaching - his viewpoint is from the hiring manager's office, and he helps clients and groups to understand the key drivers behind hiring decisions. Having risen through the ranks in Fortune 100 technology companies (Verizon and AT&T), he led global branding efforts at a division of Unilever before moving into executive sales. As a technology leader at AMX Corporation, he built sales teams from scratch while managing marquee partnerships with Hilton, Hyatt, MGMMirage and Starwood. As VP of Global Sales for a consumer electronics company, he helped to re-structure the company's branding and sales strategies around the world, managing over 1400 systems integrators in the United States alone.
 
A native of Chicago, Westfall received his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. As a spokesperson and on-camera personality, he has worked in broadcast for some of the largest companies in the world. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Texas Christian University, where he graduated with honors. He resides in Dallas with his wife and two daughters, and serves on multiple committees for the DFW AMA.
