Biography

 
 

Fay Fleming is Chief Strategist for the Business Performance Company (BPC), which focuses on moving organizations and their employees to greater success. With more than fifteen years of senior-level business experience, she has expertise in marketing, research, and training. 

 Clients include: Edward Jones Inc., General Motors, Procter & Gamble, AT&T, Church’s Chicken, Johnson & Johnson Int’l., The Monsanto Fund, and The United Way of Metropolitan Dallas.

A featured speaker at national and international conferences, Fay currently focuses on issues related to employee and organizational success.  Her topics; Playing to Win: Mastering the Game of Business, The Six Unwritten Rules and Publicizing Your Brand and Staying in Demand, address the needs of new hires, at-risk employees, high-achievers, managers and executives.

Fay is a former business newspaper columnist for the St. Louis Post Dispatch and the St. Louis Business Journal. Ms. Fleming has been a columnist for a travel magazine and is frequently a guest on radio and TV.  

 
Roger Tremblay joined Allen Austin after more than 35 years in the media industry where he held various sales, sales management and general management positions. Over the years he worked with newspaper, magazine, out-of-home, direct marketing, digital media and specialty advertising. His extensive contacts include senior executives in media and advertising agencies as well as a wide variety of client advertisers across the entire U.S.

Adopting a consultative approach to his relationships with customers, Roger functioned as an ad-hoc search consultant on many occasions leveraging his wide-ranging contacts and his innate ability to understand the unique needs of key positions. Early in his career, he adopted the philosophy that a truly successful sales person has a thorough knowledge and understanding of all aspects of a client's business.

Roger worked in senior sales and management positions at The Wall Street Journal and Southern Living magazine. He was associate publisher of Texas Monthly and corporate VP of sales for Mediatex Communications, later becoming publisher of Chicago magazine and Houston Metropolitan and its successor Houston Life.

Roger was co-founder of Kelly/Tremblay & Co., a multi-media brokerage firm that grew to be the largest single-office operation of its kind in the U.S. He and his partner eventually sold the business to a world-wide media conglomerate, Publicitas North America and he went on to become the southwest director of Media Networks, Inc., a division of Time, Inc.

Roger has been involved in all aspects of marketing communications for firms in almost every major industry in America with a particular emphasis on travel and tourism, sports marketing and retail. He has developed a network of professional relationships in nearly every major industry.

Roger lives in Dallas with his wife Gayle who is a vice president of Neiman Marcus. They have three grown children.

Valerie Freeman is the founder and CEO of Dallas-based Imprimis Group, Inc., a leading supplier of staffing, recruiting, human resource and outsourcing services.  Imprimis operates under the brand names Imprimis Staffing, Bravo Technical Resources, Art Squad, Freeman+Leonard, Mature Personnel and Third Party Pay. 

Imprimis has been named one of the largest independently owned staffing services in Texas.  Imprimis was named Women’s Business Enterprise of the Year by the Women’s Business Council of the Southwest and Valerie received the Athena Award from the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce.  Valerie was also honored as one of the 25 most influential women in business by the Dallas Business Journal. 

Valerie is the immediate Past Chairman of the Board of the Dallas County Community College District Foundation as well as Board member of the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce, and Women’s Business Council of the Southwest where she chairs the Audit Committee.  She also serves on the Advisory Board of Women’s Enterprise Publications, and the Steering Committees of the Executive Women’s Roundtable and the Dallas Chapter of Women Corporate Directors.  She is a member of the Dallas Summit, Dallas Assembly, Leadership Texas Alumnae, World President’s Organization, YPO Alumnae, and International Women’s Forum. 

Valerie holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Education from the University of Houston where she was honored as Distinguished Alum.
