 Allison Cerra, Americas Region Marketing, Alcatel Lucent 
 
Allison Cerra is Chief Marketing Officer for Alcatel-Lucent's Americas Region.  In this capacity, Allison oversees marketing strategy and communications and engages with North and South American service providers on go-to-market approaches to drive revenue and/or reduce churn.  Allison recently returned to Alcatel-Lucent in 2009 after serving two years as Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Frontier Communications, where she was responsible for marketing and channel execution targeted at business and residential customers in the company's largest Region.   She previously served as Vice President of Marketing Communications and Director of Consumer Marketing for Alcatel North America, where she engaged strategically with service providers on consumer drivers for next-generation entertainment and converged solutions, including IPTV.  Prior to her Alcatel experience, Allison spent 12 years with GTE/Verizon where she held a variety of product management, marketing and operations positions across the company's product portfolio -- including broadband, wireless and traditional telephony.  She holds two Bachelors degrees from the University of South Florida and Masters of Business Administration and Telecommunications degrees from Southern Methodist University.
 
 
 
 Frank Antonacci, Region President, Verizon Wireless

Frank Antonacci is president – Central Texas Region for Verizon Wireless.  Antonacci is responsible for directing sales, marketing, operations and financial performance across the two-state Central Texas Region, a territory that includes Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, the Rio Grande Valley, Longview, Tyler, Lubbock, Abilene, Waco, Temple/Killeen, Midland, Odessa as well as northern Louisiana.

Antonacci brings more than 20 years of telecommunications experience with Verizon Wireless and its legacy companies to the role, including a strong background in consumer and business marketing, advertising, sales management and operations.  Antonacci has held various leadership positions at Verizon Wireless, including vice president-Sales and Marketing, South Area, director-Retail Sales and Operations, director-Indirect, director-product development and senior data account executive, among others.

Antonacci serves on the Executive Board of the Dallas Chamber of Commerce, as well as the North Texas Commission, a regional non-profit consortium of businesses, cities, counties, chambers of commerce, economic development entities and higher education institutions in the North Texas Region.

Antonacci holds a Masters of Business Administration in Leadership from Franklin Pierce College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Pace University.

John Schindler, Principal, Cumulux
 

John Schindler/VP/Cumulux/ John possesses over 20 years of IT, professional services, sales, and senior leadership experience. Prior to Cumulux, he held leadership positions at Microsoft, SAIC, and Liberty Mutual where he helped develop and implement global solutions and strategies integrating business and IT. His 10 years at Microsoft were focused on Product Engineering and Support and WW Consulting Services.

 
 
 
 
 Douglas Ritter, Partner, Ascend Marketing
 
Douglas Ritter is a true student of the world, having grown up in Europe and spent many years working for foreign owned companies. His work has involved numerous international projects in Europe, Africa, Asia, and South and Central America. One such company (Perlos, Inc.) recruited him to head up and build a new marketing and sales department, which he took from zero to 65 RFQ’s in his first year alone. Following his marketing plan, the company’s America’s Region generated over $75 million in new business over three years. Douglas also has extensive Telecom experience, including 13 years at AT&T, three years at GTE and one year at NextiraOne (a sales, service and distribution company for enterprise business communications systems). Additionally Douglas spent more than five years in the manufacturing world where he marketed mobile phone handsets. His expertise spans a broad range of marketing services, including interactive marketing, direct response, mass media advertising and collateral. As Assistant Vice President of Marketing Communications for GTE/Verizon, he managed all business and consumer marketing communications for both the local telephony and broadband DSL segments. This comprehensive assignment included mass media, direct response, interactive, radio and sales support collateral for customer acquisition and retention.
 
Douglas obtained a BA from the University of Rhode Island and an MA from the University of Minnesota.
