Kelly Jensen has been the Recruiting Manager with Omnicom Management Services since November 1998. She is responsible for the management of sourcing and recruiting for several Omnicom owned agencies, including OMS, TracyLocke, Tribal DDB, Dieste Harmel & Partners, SpotPlus, N-GEN Studios, TicToc, and The Component Group. Kelly specializes in the recruiting of advertising agency professionals in major markets, including Dallas, New York City, San Francisco, Orange County, Denver, Atlanta, and Orlando.
Prior to Omnicom Management Services, Kelly spent seven years recruiting in the temporary staffing industry with Imprimis and Today’s Temporary.
Kelly received a bachelors degree from Illinois State University.

Mike is Principal and Co-owner of Express Employment Professionals of Irving/Metro Dallas with his wife Arie Lee. They provide clients with staffing, recruiting and general human resources and management consulting assistance. Robert Waring is an online recruiting specialist having served with Monster.com since 2003. He has been in the employment, recruiting & staffing industry since 1980 and involved with online recruiting since its inception in the early 1990’s.

Over his career, Robert has worked in online media, consulting services, contract/temporary services, direct placement, executive search and corporate staffing - having held positions as Management Consultant, Division Director, Branch Manager, Director of Recruiting, Training Specialist, Recruiter and Professional Employment Consultant.

As Director of Branch Office Strategy and Senior Account Manager in the ‘Monster for Staffing’ division of Monster Worldwide (www.monster.com), Robert analyzes recruiting processes, programs & metrics and crafts highly effective online recruiting solutions & strategies for staffing & recruiting companies across the U.S. – from privately-held independent firms to Staffing Industry ‘Top 100’ companies. He was awarded as ‘Top Inside Account Manager of the Year’ in 2005 for Monster Worldwide and is an on-going recipient of the ‘President’s Club’ and ‘Achiever’ awards.

Robert has been a regular guest lecturer for the University of North Texas on recruitment & employment issues and has been a presenter & keynote speaker at various events including conventions, trade shows and university graduation commencement ceremonies.
