DFW AMA Activities

Through an Executive Speaker Series in Dallas and Fort Worth, the DFW AMA strives to keep members abreast of the latest trends and best practices being employed by inviting leading companies in the region as well as Internationally.
Some of the recent speakers include: American Airlines, Frito-Lay, Dean Foods, Texas Instruments, Xerox, Nokia, Mary Kay, Monster.com, Coca Cola and other well-known companies.

DFW AMA places a strong emphasis on Professional Development and building the skill set of marketing and sales professionals through  "Power Breakfast" seminars that feature experts in various fields who provide practical, "hands-on" learning opportunities.

Recently, the DFW AMA hosted the first CMO Roundtable in the Metroplex where senior-level marketers, particulary vice president's of marketing and similar executives, met their peers to discuss issues they confront each and everyday. It's the beginning of a region-wide dialog that is intended to strengthen the professional relationships among the best marketers in North Texas, while enabling the AMA to be responsive to the needs of current and future marketers in corporate America.
